World Wise company-wide Global Skills programs are designed to enhance communication and relationship-building skills for companies entering or expanding their operations across borders.
This includes designing tailored Integrated Business Training systems to support a company’s ability to expand its global operations and enhance local capacity. This World Wise proprietary system incorporates employee training needs with the client’s business platform as it pertains to management, technology and information systems, Health & Safety and environmental standards. The Integrated Business Training System is designed to be applicable company-wide, sustainable and quantifiable with detailed measurement of individual job performance standards.
World Wise was retained by Marathon to ensure its numerous international affiliates can provide seamless service and support. Our Global Skills Team first assessed the scale of the company’s operations and individual affiliate needs. We then created internal high-performance teams were that could support all of Marathon’s global projects going forward. This included company wide global effectiveness training for up to 45 nationalities working in multiple time zones. Aside from enhancing competency and knowledge sharing among the integrated global teams, training ensured more seamless cooperation and provided them a competitive edge in global relationship management.
