In 2007, For over 20 years, business leaders from Fortune 50 firms like Johnson & Johnson, Coca-Cola and ExxonMobil have looked to Sunita for valuable Global Skills. She is Founder and President of New York-based World Wise, the leading firm in Global Skills that enable leaders in every country to transform the quality of life in communities by converting cultural and social capital to business and political capital.

In 2007, she launched World Wise "Beyond Borders" to promote the rapid exchange of ideas, products, technologies and expertise between China and India. Beginning in 2005 she initiated a series of well-regarded Women's Global Leadership forums. Through the ongoing World Wise Africa Programs, which began in 1999 to develop the capabilities of high-potential leaders in sub-Saharan and North Africa, she has worked extensively in that region. Her custom-designed "Global Skills & Strategies" series of programs continue to be implemented company-wide by some of the world's most innovative firms to give their executives a competitive edge. In 2009, in addition to some highly customized programs on Turkey, Sunita provided Global Skills expertise to the International Criminal Court (The Hague).

Sunita studied German Language and Literature at Jawaharlal Nehru University (India). She has collaborated with leading country experts to develop in-depth cultural analyses on over 70 countries. Prior to starting World Wise, Sunita worked in international media, including documentary film-making, journalism and advertising. She serves on the Board of Sarvani, dedicated to public-private partnerships that bring vital expertise to emerging communities.
